CITY TOUR BY GO GO AC ELECTRIC BUS

 

              LOCAL City Tour through Govt  Owned AC Electric Bus - THE GO-GO

The Go-Go Bus service has started with 4 beautifully designed and attractive Air Conditioned Electric buses under Smart City Mission. The design and quality of AC Electric Buses makes it suitable for city tour operation as comfortable view of outside the saloon is facilitated by the transparent and large window glasses.

The service aims to cover 8 destinations on its circuit and the service will be available from 9 am to 5 pm with assured availability at an interval of every half-an-hour. The tourist destinations covered has been so designed that, the bus will originate from Bus Terminus and pass through Aberdeen Bazar, Andaman Club (Heritage building), Marina Park, Flag Point and Corbyn's Cove providing the commuters scenic sea view.

 

The service can be availed by any person interested in travelling in this service by purchasing a single ticket @ Rs.150/- per commuter per day which would enable the commuter to travel on that particular day on any "Go-Go" Bus Service. The commuter can alight or board the bus at any point on the routeand then again avail the service after completion of their visit to that particular spot on that day.

For informative documentaries on Andaman and other entertainments to the tourists, the buses has been fittedwith TV and audio system. The introduction of "Go-Go" bus service by A&N Administration would be beneficial to the tourists
